1. Who we are
Drop Dot Cookies sells handmade, decorated dog treats. Our products are made in the USA and intended for dogs only. They are not for human consumption.

2. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to buy the items in your cart. We may accept or decline an order (for example, if an item is out of stock or there is a pricing error). You will receive an email when your order is confirmed.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping unless stated at checkout. Taxes are calculated at checkout where required.

3. Payment
Payment is due at checkout through the methods shown on the site. We do not store full card details; payments are processed by our payment provider.

4. Shipping
We ship to addresses we accept at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and start after we confirm your order. Weather, carrier delays, and remote locations can add time.

Please check your shipping address before you pay. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address you provided.

5. Treats and use
Our cookies are handmade dog treats. Always supervise your dog. Introduce new treats slowly. If your dog has allergies, health issues, or a special diet, check the ingredient list and ask your veterinarian before feeding.

We do not claim that our treats diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.

6. Returns and refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, we generally cannot accept returns of opened or unused treats for a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will credit your next order.

If a package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier first, then us.

7. Website use
You may use this site to browse and shop. Do not misuse the site (for example, trying to break it, scrape it, or place fraudulent orders). Product photos are examples; handmade items can vary slightly in size, color, and decoration.

8. Intellectual property
The Drop Dot Cookies name, logo, photos, and site content belong to us. You may not copy or use them for your own business without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses (such as lost time or extra vet costs) arising from use of the site or our treats. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to new orders from the date it is posted.
